When you purchase choir scores, piano/orchestra accompaniment tracks, or part-dominant rehearsal tracks from TND Musicals, you are granted the following rights under this license. All rights not expressly granted remain the property of TND Musicals.

1. Ownership

• All music, text, recordings, and arrangements are copyrighted works of TND Musicals and its authors.

• Purchase of scores or recordings does not transfer ownership; it grants only the usage rights described below.

2. Scores (Choral Octavos & Orchestra Scores/Videos)

• Each purchased score is licensed to the purchasing organization (school, church, choir, orchestra).

• Photocopying, scanning, or reproducing scores without purchasing the appropriate number of copies is prohibited.

• Digital scores may not be shared outside the purchasing organization.

3. Accompaniment Tracks (Piano & Orchestra)

• Licensed for live performance and rehearsal by the purchasing organization only.

• Tracks may not be edited, remixed, resold, or used as backing tracks for commercial recordings (CDs, streaming, downloads, etc.).

• Posting accompaniment tracks publicly (YouTube, Facebook, SoundCloud, etc.) is prohibited unless synchronized with a                  licensed video of a live performance of your ensemble.

4. Part-Dominant Rehearsal Tracks

• This license allows purchasing director to distribute rehearsal tracks privately to members of their own ensemble only.

• Sharing, forwarding, or distributing to outside groups, individuals, or organizations is prohibited.

• Tracks are for rehearsal use only. They may not be used:

  • As accompaniment in live performances

  • As background for streaming audio or video content

  • In any audio/video recording intended for sale or mass distribution

5. Transferability

• Licenses are non-transferable. Another choir, school, orchestra or organization must purchase their own license and materials                   directly from TND Musicals.

6. Streaming / Video Posting

• You may post recordings of your ensemble’s live performance of a TND Musicals work online (YouTube, Facebook, school/church websites, etc.) provided that only your performers are featured and that the backing audio is your live performance or an authorized accompaniment track.

• Posting rehearsal tracks, isolated accompaniment tracks, or distributing stand-alone audio is prohibited.

7. Enforcement

• Any unauthorized duplication, distribution, posting, or commercial use of TND Musicals materials is a violation of copyright law          and this license agreement.
